BUSINESS SERVICES use our customized services to help you hire. Our Business Representatives and Veterans Business Representatives can help plan and promote targeted recruitment events where you can meet face-to-face with pre-screened applicants.

Our targeted recruitment services can save you time and money finding qualified workers. Our Business Services staff can plan and promote targeted recruitment events where you can meet face-to-face with pre-screened applicants. An experienced Business Representative or Veterans Business Representative will manage your account and serve as your single point of contact.

Your assigned Business Representative or Veterans Business Representative will conduct an initial consultation to gain an understanding of your recruitment needs and work with other trained One-Stop Career Center specialists to pre-screen qualified and dependable candidates from our database of active New Jersey jobseekers. At times and locations convenient to you, your assigned Business Representative or Veterans Business Representative will arrange applicant interviews and advise on applicable hiring incentives and training options for both your new and incumbant workers.

If you feel more comfortable conducting interviews at a One-Stop Career Center, fully equipped Business Resource Centers co-located at most One-Stop Career Centers provide a professional enviroment for conducting interviews.
